Because of our short notice periods, office space comes up very quickly but can also go very quickly. If you are interested in a unit at the KIC please contact us to discuss your requirements even if you don’t see any suitable units listed. We do operate a waiting list. Existing Licensees who want a larger/smaller unit have priority and customers on the waiting list will be contacted if a suitable unit becomes available.
Fully serviced office space with easy-in/easy-out licence terms affording you total flexibility. We offer a relaxed but professional setting for your business, with 300MB uncontended superfast broadband circuit + backup link, 24/7/365 access and 08:30-17:00 reception cover for that professional and personal welcome to your visitors.
Whether you are looking for a short term base for your business or for something more long term, we would be happy to help you on your way.
We also offer excellent meeting facilities and can accommodate up to 30 people in our large conference room. Alternatively our boardroom provides a more intimate setting for up to 14.
